Estell Eugene McNew

Estell Eugene McNew, 67, of Coffeen, IL, passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021 in Witt, IL. Cremation rites were accorded.  A Memorial gathering will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Toberman-Dean Funeral Home in Coffeen, IL.  

Mr. McNew was born on January 25, 1954, in Hillsboro, IL to the late Estell A. McNew and Augusta (Pfeifer) Hartman. He had worked at Eagle Zinc in Hillsboro, IL and U.S. Minerals in Coffeen, IL. Mr. McNew had lived in Coffeen, IL his entire life.

Mr. McNew is survived by his children, Charlton McNew of Hillsboro, IL and Natalie White of Morrison, IL; his grandchildren, Brenden McNew, Benjamin McNew, Zeppelin McNew, Trenton White, Ethan White, Gavin White, and Caden White; one great-granddaughter, Ava White; his sisters,  Diane Eleopoulos, Doris Misalge, Darlene Jones, Delores Smith, and Debbie McNew; and his companion, Marti Jackson. Mr. McNew was preceded in death by his parents, Estell A. McNew and Augusta (Pfeifer) Hartman.
