Vivian Maxine (Hamby) Elliott

Vivian Maxine Elliott, 77, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away on Friday, November 5, 2021 at her residence. A Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Hillsboro, IL. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Hillsboro, IL. Rev. Jeff Hemken, Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church and Rev. Randy Morrison will be officiating. Burial will be at Sunnyside Cemetery in Sorento, IL.

Ms. Elliott was born on August 20, 1944 in Grisham Township in Montgomery County, IL to the late Clarence R. Hamby and Leona (Havron) Hamby. She was a High School Graduate, and attained her diploma from Litchfield High School in Litchfield, IL, and she had worked at Coffeen Power Station in Coffeen, IL as a utility worker in the storeroom. Ms. Elliott married Gary Andres Elliott on June 22, 1962 in Hillsboro, IL and they later divorced. She was a member of Assembly of God Church, Church of God, and the Baptist Church. Ms. Elliott had lived in Illinois and Missouri during her lifetime.

Ms. Elliott is survived by her children- Debra (husband,  Brian) Cranfill, Karen (husband, Tony) Taylor, Mark (wife, Heidi) Elliott, John (wife, Sarah) Elliott, Daniel Elliott, Jennifer (husband, Derrick) Joyce, and Wendy (husband, Suresh) Ramsaroop; grandchildren- Paul (wife, Dawn) Cranfill, Matthew (wife, Chelsea) Cranfill, Jessica (husband, Matt) Edwards, Mark Taylor, Kevin Taylor, Andrew Taylor; Ann (husband, Brad) Hinkle, Ben Taylor, Benjamin Elliott, Joshua Elliott, Johnathon (wife,Tandra) Elliott, Caitlynn (fiance, Jordan) Elliott, Lance Elliott, Valerie Elliott, Beth (husband, Scott) Arkebauer; Heather Jewell, Michael (wife, Ashley) Jewell, Megan Jewell, and Dahlia Ramsaroop; great-grandchildren- Ava, Allyson, Noelle, Ember, Madison, Noah, Damyan, Austin, Tyson, Josh, Elise, Harper, Maya, Nicolas, Sammy, Leah, Hunter, Finley, Kalista, Bailey, Adalyn, Douglas, Caroline, Layla, Hallie, Sawyer, and Oliver and step-great-grandchild, Kayla; brothers- Donald (wife Elleta) Hamby of Hillsboro, IL; Norman (wife Doris) Hamby of Hillsboro, IL; and Calvin Hamby of Cottage Hills, IL; Ms. Elliott was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence R. Hamby and Leona (Havron) Hamby; great-grandchild, Payton Edwards; and her siblings, Pauline Stamberger and Clarence Hamby Jr.
